Rob Woollen is an experienced wellness consultant working with organisations of all sizes from small IT training and design companies to universities and government departments employing thousands of staff. Rob writes extensively on the subject of corporate wellness and has been published in the likes of Occupational Health, Personnel Today and HR Zone. He was the author of the first corporate wellness training course for personal trainers to be endorsed by Skillsactive. Rob sits on the strategic advisory board of Manchester Metropolitan University Business School, and is a member of the CIPD, RSPH, ITOL and the North West Health and Physical Activity Forum. In his spare time, Rob races triathlon at Ironman and Olympic distance and is currently studying with Plymouth University for his MSc in Work and Wellbeing. Rob also writes and reviews examination questions for the Royal Society for Public Health.
