Kathryn Young

Kathryn Young is a Chartered Physiotherapist with a speciality in Occupational Health and Ergonomics (OH&E). Starting out in OH&E in 1992 when she began her own business in the food manufacturing industry, Kathryn quickly realised the impact that work factors had on employees with common health problems. As a result, Kathryn completed several stand alone modules in ergonomics, manual handling, display screen equipment and occupational health, prior to joining Nuffield Health in 2004. Kathryn’s current role is as Integrated Clinical Services Manager at the Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital, as well as providing education and training in OH&E’s to Nuffield Health Physiotherapists. She is currently studying for an MSc in Vocational Rehabilitation.
